Shipping Policy

Since the products are shipped directly from the supplier, you save significantly on transportation and storage costs. Because delivery is made directly from the supplier, the delivery time is longer than usual—but in return, you get the best prices.

Due to a change of supplier, some products may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our supplier processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders are handled within two business days and shipped the following day. The average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. Deliveries are not made on weekends. During periods of high demand, processing times may exceed three days.

Please make sure that all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we will need to contact you, which may delay your order. Delays may also occur due to customs processing.
