HOW LONG CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once we have received the returned item, inspected it, and confirmed that it is unopened, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. All customers must contact us after the return has been shipped and provide a tracking number (Track & Trace) so that we can process the refund.

Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3–5 business days to complete a refund.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST MYSELF?

Yes, all customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning a package, it must be shipped with tracking (Track & Trace), and this tracking information must be provided to us. If a package is lost or does not have a tracking number, we accept no responsibility for the loss.

Please note that the return address is in China, and therefore return shipping costs may be expensive.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU FIRST?

No. You must contact us before making a return, as return shipping may be expensive.
